Definitions

The meanings of terms used in this document are set out below:

• "Platform" means the jeta ace website, mobile application and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" means any person registered on the platform who holds an active account.
• "Services" means casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games, card games and all other entertainment features provided through the platform.
• "Balance" means the amount of funds held in a user's account, which may include both bonus funds and real money.

Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided through the jeta ace platform. If a specific service has its own separate terms, both those specific terms and these general terms will apply. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms will take precedence.

Registration Requirements

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, it is your responsibility to notify our support team immediately.

Identity Verification

When account verification is required, jeta ace may request a copy of a national ID card, passport or other valid government-issued document. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in withdrawal requests being put on hold.

Deposits

The minimum amount for depositing funds on jeta ace is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Users must use only a payment method registered in their own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer — such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank or Islami Bank. Under normal circumstances, a withdrawal takes between 5 and 30 minutes to process. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if verification has not been completed or a security review is required.

The account used for withdrawals and the account used for deposits must be in the same person's name. jeta ace reserves the right to hold payments where there is a discrepancy in the details.

Welcome Bonus

The jeta ace welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; to withdraw the bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times, which equals ৳20,000.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own terms, which are published at the time the offer is announced.
• Any attempt to use the same bonus more than once will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Bonus benefits are only valid within the specific time period of the offer.
• jeta ace reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus programme at any time.

Fair Play Policy

All games on jeta ace are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps the outcome of every round completely impartial and unpredictable. No user or third party can influence these outcomes.

Errors and Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a software error, network disconnection or any other technical issue, jeta ace will attempt to cancel the round and return the wagered amount to the user's account. However, this may not be possible in every case.

Wins and Payouts

Game results are determined on the server and that determination is final. Even if incorrect information is displayed on screen or on the user's device, the server record will prevail.

Participation in any of the activities listed below will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Attempting unauthorised access to or hacking of the platform's systems.
• Operating games through automated bots, scripts or software.
• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or false information.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Fraudulent arrangements or collusion with other users.
• Threatening, harassing or abusive behaviour towards jeta ace staff.
• Any form of fraud, false claims or misrepresentation of information.

Closure by jeta ace

jeta ace reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account at any time without giving a reason or prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of a breach of these terms or where security concerns arise.

Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they must contact the support team via live chat or email. It is the member's own responsibility to withdraw their balance before the account is closed.

After an account is closed, any pending bonuses or wagering requirements will be automatically cancelled and cannot be recovered.

jeta ace strives to provide the highest quality of service on its platform, but accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game or transaction is disrupted due to an internet outage or network issue.
• For failures or delays on the part of third-party payment providers.
• If loss occurs due to a fault in the user's own device or software.
• If data or funds are lost as a result of unauthorised third-party access — where the user's own negligence is responsible.
• If the service is disrupted due to a natural disaster, government directive or other unavoidable cause.
